We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

 

For orders inside Kuwait:

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Make sure to prepare the items for pickup.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Our drivers will pickup the order back within 48 hours.

 

For orders outside Kuwait: 

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
• You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• You must self-ship the item using any courier of your choice that has package tracking capabilities. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

GCC customers (outside KUWAIT.) Customs and Taxes

Items shipped outside of Kuwait may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or charges which are not included in the total cost of your order, nor will they be covered or reimbursed by ExtraJoy.

Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing your order.
